To survive and thrive in these changing markets over the long term, we must regularly question and realign our strategy and our self-image, as well as our corporate and leadership culture. In doing so, we aim to build on what has proven successful and continue to improve what we have.

Following a comprehensive employee survey, we therefore worked together with our leadership team — based on our strategy — to develop a clear vision, mission, and shared values for the entire VULKAN Group through a series of workshops.

These values define the principles that guide us in our daily actions and represent our shared philosophy and the expectations we have of everyone who belongs to the VULKAN Group.

Our mission is to ensure that systems work better. This statement is not an empty promise. It describes our mindset, our way of working, and our standards. Our mission guides all our decisions, processes, and projects. It combines our expertise with our goal of not only operating systems but also improving them — for our customers, for our partners, and for ourselves. This can only be achieved through bold decisions, a spirit of innovation, and, fundamentally, as a team effort.

This means that VULKAN technologies from the Marine, Industry and Energy, as well as Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Business Areas are our customers’ first choice worldwide, and that we provide the right solutions for their diverse systems and applications.
