DISCFLEX DNZ-H - Torsionally rigid coupling for industrial applications
DISCFLEX couplings are suitable for numerous industrial applications where torque is transmitted between the input and output shafts alternately by tension and compression of the flexible element.
Alternative to the flexible coupling
This is a suitable alternative to the flexible coupling in cases where the ambient conditions have a detrimental effect on the elastomer. DISCFLEX couplings are suitable for operating temperatures between -40 and 150 °C and meet the requirements of API 610.

DISCFLEX DNZ-H couplings comply with API 610, 611 and 671.
The flexible element of the coupling consists of stainless steel diaphragm packs, which are designed using the latest FEM analysis methods to ensure the highest displacement and torque transmission values with the smallest dimensions and minimum reaction forces. The modular design stands for fast, safe and lubrication-free installation and minimal maintenance. Other special features include low weight, a high achievable speed and torque as well as a high possible balancing quality.
