Spring Mounts for Industrial and Marine Applications
Spring mounts antivibration dampers are mainly used in static industrial applications such as generating sets, HVAC equipment, pumps, compressors, and many others.
Depending on the application and the dynamic loads, the spring mounts can use a single spring or multiple springs, open or closed type, anti-seismic or anti-lateral forces (e.g.: wind) and can be used to support or suspend machinery.
Spring mounts can be equipped with viscose or other materials for damping.

WHD spring mounts‘ housing is made of a new Al-Mg-alloy. This material has the advantages of light weight, high strength and good sound absorption effect, which makes it convenient for handling and installation. It can be used for equipment with explosion-proof requirements. In addition, the Al-Mg Alloy material will never rust, which can make the service life of spring mounts longer. The housing is electrostatic powder coated for superior corrosion resistance and nice appearance. WHD is an integrated spring mount, and its upper cover is connected with the base by bolts, which has the function of anti-lateral force and better stability and safety. The product is equipped with adjustable bolts, so the height can be easily adjusted to avoid the unit running in an uneven condition.
